Judicial Custody

Receivership is a legal procedure ordered by a court to place disputed money or property under the management of a neutral person (called a receiver) to preserve it until the dispute is resolved.

Example: If there is a dispute between two partners over ownership of a property, the court appoints a judicial guardian to temporarily manage it.
